Mudra Space Awareness is a method of mind/body training that draws inspiration from meditation master Chögyam Trungpa Rinpoche’s early education in Tibetan monastic dance. It is a discipline unique to the Shambhala lineage, and is rarely taught or practiced. The exercises combine intense physical training with focused sensory awareness to unlock the inherent awakened energy in the mind/body relationship. Mudra trains us to join fully with the intensity of experience.
