Explore non-dual perception and mind/body unity through exercises introduced by Chogyam Trungpa Rnpoche, based on his training in Tibetan Monastic Dance.
The event continues the long Mudra collaboration between Suzann and Craig that began in Berkeley in the early 1970s. In the early 2000s the duo co-taught a “Mudra Dathun” at Karme Choling Medication Center. Taking advantage of Acharya’s Duquette presence in Seattle to teach a weekthun, and Craig’s return to Seattle from a decade in Asia, this program is reunion between the two teachers who are among the few Mudra teachers presenting this profound practice.
After receiving instruction from Chögyam Trungpa Rinpoche, Craig became the first teacher of Mudra. He initially introduced this practice at Naropa Institute and, since then, at Shambhala Centers throughout North America and at secular institutions, such as Julliard School of Music in New York. With a first introduction through a Mudra group led by Craig, Suzann has been studying Mudra since 1974 and regularly leads Mudra programs.
Preregistration is needed because space in the Seattle Meditation Shrine room is limited.
